How does the DeepEase Neck & Shoulder Massager actually work?
It is a U-shaped cushion that drapes over your neck and shoulders, with eight nodes set inside. Those nodes rotate in both directions to knead the muscle the way Shiatsu thumb pressure traditionally does, working the tissue from different angles. A built-in heat function warms the muscle first so the kneading eases deeper into the tightness. You steer it with the handle straps and choose low or high speed for a gentle or firmer knead.
Can I use the massager anywhere other than my neck?
Yes. It is shaped for the neck and shoulders, but you can reposition it to work your lower back, your thighs while seated, or your calves after a long day on your feet. Because you direct it with the handle straps, you can steer the pressure onto whichever spot feels knotted. It is corded electric, so keep it within reach of a power point while you settle back.
When will I feel a difference?
Most people feel the warmth and kneading working from the very first session with the massager, and their shoulders sit lower afterwards. How do I clean the massager?
Wipe the outer cover with a soft, damp cloth and let it air dry rather than soaking it. Keep the control module and the unit itself away from water. The cover is a smooth, wipe-clean material with a soft quilted interior panel, so a quick wipe after use keeps it fresh. Follow the guidance in the user manual for anything more specific.

Think your order might be lost in transit? Although Australia Post quote us 5-9 business days for standard delivery, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.
If your order isn’t delivered within 20 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with Australia Post.
